Assistant Design Manager- Interiors

Job description :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Design Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing residential interior projects from concept to completion while mentoring junior designers and ensuring that each project meets the brand’s design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of interior designers across interior projects.

Translate client briefs into practical, innovative, and aesthetically aligned design solutions.

Coordinate effectively with clients, project managers, and the execution team.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

Provide design guidance, mentor junior designers, and maintain documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design (preferred).

Strong understanding of residential interior design trends, materials, and execution techniques.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
