Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing new store launches and retail expansion projects from site acquisition to store handover. Ensures timely delivery, cost optimization, and adherence to brand design & quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of new store opening projects (Layout → BOQ → Execution → Handover).
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Procurement, Operations, and Finance) to ensure project deliverables are met.
Work with vendors, contractors, and consultants for project execution and regulatory compliance.
Prepare project timelines, budgets, and cost estimations; track project progress vs. schedule.
Ensure quality control during construction, fixtures, signage, and store fit-outs.
Evaluate site feasibility, store layout efficiency, and space planning as per brand guidelines.
Track project expenditures and ensure cost optimization.
Prepare weekly progress reports and present updates to leadership.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
(preferred).
3–10 years
of experience in
Retail Rollout / Expansion / Fit-Out Projects .
Experience in
Retail, QSR, F&B, Apparel, Furniture, Real Estate, or multi-location expansion
is an advantage.
Proficiency in
MS Office, AutoCAD , and project tracking tools.
