About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Technical IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier technical talent across diverse engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities :

Sourcing candidates through various channels.

Evaluating resumes and conducting interviews.

Onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs.

Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3.6+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

Required Skills :

Strong understanding of technical roles and skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
