US IT Technical Recruiter

Location : A-Block, Sector 63, Noida (Onsite)

Job Type : Full-Time | Night Shift (PST Hours)

Salary : Competitive / Negotiable (Based on Experience)

We’re currently looking for a

US IT Technical Recruiter

with strong experience in

W2 hiring

and

direct client recruiting

to join our Noida-based team. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a high-performance, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Work extensively on

W2 requirements

for

direct clients , ensuring quick turnaround and quality submissions.

Source qualified IT candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.

Perform thorough

resume screening

and

initial interviews

to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with

account managers ,

delivery leads , and

hiring teams .

Manage

end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Ensure high levels of candidate engagement, follow-ups, and consistent pipeline management.

Maintain up-to-date candidate data and activity logs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Understand and stay current on

U.S. visa types

(H1B, GC, USC, etc.), tax terms, and compliance processes.

Required Qualifications :

1–3 years of proven experience in

US IT recruitment , specifically working on

W2 requirements

with

direct clients .

Strong understanding of the U.S. hiring process, including employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications.

Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

Experience working in a

target-driven

environment with tight deadlines and quick submissions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree preferred; IT background is an advantage.
