Job Purpose :
To manage the full recruitment delivery process for US-based clients within the IT sector —
sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for permanent placements, while
maintaining strong communication with clients and candidates across time zones.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source high-quality IT professionals for permanent positions with US-based clients.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening and technical qualification through interviews.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing tools
effectively.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring client needs.Work independently to deliver consistent results and meet assigned targets.Coordinate with US account managers or client partners to understand rolerequirements and priorities.
Manage and update candidate data in the ATS and maintain accurate reporting onprogress.
Stay informed on US IT market trends, skills demand, and salary benchmarks.Person Specification :
Essential :
Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in RPO or agency recruitment, focused on US ITpermanent placements.
Demonstrated success sourcing and placing professionals across a range of IT roles(software engineers, developers, cloud, data, etc.).
Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and US-focused job boards (Dice,CareerBuilder, Monster, etc.).
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with a professionalinternational tone.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple job requisitions.Ability to work flexible hours to align with US client time zones.Strong organisational and time management skills.Desirable :
Experience supporting US-based RPO or staffing companies.Understanding of US visa types, work authorisation, and compliance processes.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools such as Bullhorn orZoho Recruit.
