Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver process training to new hires and existing employees
- Develop and update training content, manuals, and SOPs
- Conduct regular refresher and upskilling sessions
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback during OJT (On-the-Job Training)
- Identify training gaps and work with operations to bridge them
- Maintain training records, assessments, and reports
- Collaborate with quality and operations teams to ensure alignment on process updates
- Ensure timely completion of training batches with performance tracking
Candidate Profile :
2 to 7 years of experience in process training, preferably in BPO, customer service, or technical domainsStrong presentation and facilitation skillsGood understanding of training needs analysis and adult learning principlesAbility to manage multiple batches and adapt to dynamic business requirementsExperience with LMS tools and basic reporting is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSkills Required
