About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Trainer from the BPO industry who can design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that sharpen sales skills, enhance communication, and drive performance excellence. The right candidate will have strong exposure to BPO sales processes, outbound / inbound campaigns, and a proven track record of improving team effectiveness through impactful training.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience : 3-6 years in the BPO industry, with at least 2 years in a sales training role.
• Strong knowledge of BPO sales cycles (domestic / international), customer handling, and objection management.
• Hands-on experience in classroom training, floor coaching, and on-the-job support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design engaging training modules, assessments, and continuous learning interventions.
• Strong analytical ability to measure training effectiveness and link it to performance metrics.
• Positive attitude, approachable personality, and passion for developing people.
