We are urgently looking for a Process Trainer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions on various processes and procedures to new hires and existing employees. The candidate should have a strong background in training delivery, with an ability to create effective training material and assessments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on various processes and procedures to new hires and existing employees
- Create and maintain training material such as presentations, handouts, and assessments
- Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Collaborate with managers and other trainers to identify training needs and develop effective training programs
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes
Skills and Qualifications
