Job description
  • Lead and manage a development team of 8 –10 members, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including estimations, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and develop web-based applications using ASP.Net and Crystal Reports.
  • Develop and maintain web services using XML, HTML, and related technologies.
  • Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles to ensure scalable and maintainable software design.
  • Work with multiple databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle 9i, and MS Access.
  • Develop and support applications using VB.Net and maintain legacy systems in VB 6.0.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams and clients for project updates and delivery alignment (on-site experience preferred).
