We’re Hiring : Technical Project Manager – Automotive HMI Software | Bangalore

Are you an experienced leader in Automotive HMI Software with a passion for driving innovation, quality, and delivery excellence?

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end HMI projects, overseeing both development and testing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced automotive environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of HMI software projects for automotive applications.

Manage cross-functional teams — developers, testers, and automation engineers.

Ensure compliance with ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards.

Drive automation initiatives, optimize test coverage, and integrate CI / CD pipelines.

Oversee C++ / RTOS / QNX / Android-based HMI development and testing activities.

🔹 Must-Have Skills

8–12 years of experience in automotive software, including 3–5 years in project / program management.

Strong exposure to HMI testing & automation, and C++ / RTOS / QNX / Android development.

Proficiency with CAN, CANoe, CAPL scripting, CI / CD, and defect management tools.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

🔹 Good-to-Have

Experience with model-based testing (IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect).

PMP / SAFe Agilist / ISTQB certifications.
