Job descriptionMaster’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in C# development Excellent command of SQL Server , including performance tuning and management of complex databases Proven experience in technical leadership and team mentoring Familiarity with Agile environments Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive Good command of English
This role will include both hands-on development and technical leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Actively participate in the design and development of new features for our solution
- Provide technical guidance to developers and support their professional growth
- Ensure code quality and enforce best practices
- Collaborate with Product Owners and other Tech Leads to define priorities and technical evolutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and the technical stack
- Maintain and optimize SQL Server database performance
- Technical Environment
- Backend : C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET
- Database : SQL Server
- Development Tools : Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code
- DevOps : Azure DevOps, Azure Git
- Cloud : Microsoft Azure – international deployment
