Job Description - Corporate Lifestyle Manager
The Corporate Lifestyle Manager will be responsible for delivering & maintaining exceptional service
levels by : Meeting with their Corp. Members at an initial introduction to service & intro to Manager
stage, and at any other stage throughout the membership as requested by the Member with a view to really getting to know the member.
Job Responsibilities
- To manage each member’s personalized experience, ensuring high individual engagement,
satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and perception of value.
Daily Management, taking requests from Members which could include but shall not be limitedto bespoke travel, nightclubs, booking restaurants, etc.
To cultivate a strong personal relationship with each individual Member.Meeting Members, analyzing and efficiently handling their Membership needs and keeping theCRM system updated
Upselling and cross-selling of preferred suppliers and Quintessentially brand services.To ensure that any problems or complaints are resolved professionally and to the Member’s fullsatisfaction.
Keeping members updated regularly, setting deadlines for updates & meeting them or providingnew update deadlines in advance of the current one expiring
Following up with members post-request & obtaining feedback – and communicating torelevant parties (Line Manager, Bus Dev, Supplier directly)
Creating and maintaining appropriate member profile groupings by interest, likes & dislikes; toprovide a data mine of relevant and up-to-date information
Make bookings and reservations, develop and deliver exciting and innovative experiences, Eventhosting, manage ticket allocations
Required Qualifications
Possess 3 – 11 years of Concierge experienceExcellent written & oral communication - fluent English a MUST. Other languages areadvantageous.
Work background in any of the following sectors / areas : Personal Assistant, Customer Service,Guest Relations, Lifestyle and or Account Management, luxury travel & leisure.
Knowledge in handling executives, senior executives & VIP’s.In-depth understanding of requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, high-net-worth individuals.
Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations & luxury products / services, given that ourmembers are based around the globe& request info regarding predominantly travel, leisure &
services worldwide.
