Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Customer Onboarding and related activities.
  • Assist in Customer Onboarding and provide solution in case of issues.
  • Manage Customer Onboarding communication to internal or external partners.
  • Coordinate with the cross functional teams to enable required systems and processes.
  • Maintain Customer Onboarding trackers and dashboards.

Must Haves :

  • Graduate / Post Graduate from any college.
  • Must have 1+ years of work experience in / Ops support / Onboarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary.
  • Communication In Kannada is Mandatory.
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools including Excel, PowerPoints.
