Business Analyst

We are a hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Technology and Operational Excellence function. This is a senior role for a proven professional who can combine hands-on expertise in Power BI, Microsoft 365, and workflow automation with the vision to drive digital transformation and embed AI into operations.

This position offers the opportunity to shape how technology and data accelerate operational efficiency, improve reporting, and deliver measurable impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for Power BI and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Lead end-to-end Power BI reporting initiatives, from requirement analysis and data validation to dashboard design, scalability, and security.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with a strong focus on Power Automate , creating intelligent workflows to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.
• Drive change management initiatives by training, engaging, and supporting users to embed tools into everyday workflows.
• Contribute to the organization’s AI strategy by identifying opportunities in reporting, automation, and decision-making, and managing pilots to scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver impactful solutions.
