Agency Lead, Marketing Team

Location : Smith + Howard India Office

Reports To : Chief Marketing Officer (US)

Position Summary :

Smith + Howard is seeking an experienced Agency Lead for our India Marketing team. The role is responsible for providing strategic oversight, project leadership, and quality delivery of marketing initiatives. This position will manage cross-functional collaboration, oversee agency / vendor relationships, and ensure resources are effectively allocated to achieve Smith + Howard’s business and brand objectives. The Agency Lead will serve as a key point of coordination between the India marketing team, US counterparts, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Oversight & Strategic Planning :

• Lead end-to-end management of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with firm-wide priorities.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with defined deliverables and timelines.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
