We are seeking an experienced IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of contacts within the IT industry and experience in bench sales. He should be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients and vendors to grow our business. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of the bench sales process and be able to market CPT, OPT, H1, and H1T profiles effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new clients and vendors to grow the business.
- Use existing industry contacts and network to identify new business opportunities.
- Have end-to-end experience in the bench sales process.
- Possess strong knowledge of IT and relevant technologies.
- Prepare and present resumes to potential clients.
- Possess knowledge of visas, including CPT, OPT and H1T.
- Have strong speaking and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with different marketing strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and recruiting teams to achieve sales goals.
- Able to work independently and make placements through contacts.
Requirements :
