Key Responsibilities
1.Product Marketing
- Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions across product lines
- Lead product launches and GTM in partnership with Product and Sales
- Create persona-driven collateral : decks, one-pagers, use cases, and battlecards
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and win / loss analysis
- Drive in-product comms and feature adoption strategies
2.Demand Generation
Own global pipeline generation through paid, SEO, content, ABM, and emailBuild full-funnel campaigns optimized for MQL, SQL, and ARR targetsSet up attribution, analytics, and campaign automation using HubSpot (or equivalent)Partner with Sales to improve MQL→SQL conversion and feedback loopsHire and lead performance marketers, campaign managers, and content specialists3.Brand, PR & Communications
