We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting technical professionals and a deep understanding of the technology industry. They should be proficient in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with the right technical skills and cultural fit for our organization.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
- Build and maintain a network of technical professionals to proactively source candidates for current and future positions
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling job descriptions and job advertisements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, technical schools, and other talent sources to attract top technical talent
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote our organization and attract potential candidates
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Requirements :
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of technical roles and skills, particularly in the technology industryProficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment tools and techniquesExperience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment softwareSolid understanding of recruitment principles and best practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not requiredNote : We are looking for Immediate Joiner only.
