US Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr US Technical Recruiter to join our team.

As a US Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for a variety of IT / NON-IT, Engineering-related technical positions. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of technology, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates for technical positions.
• Communicating with US clients and candidates via phone, email, and other channels.
• Understanding and utilizing Boolean search strings to optimise candidate sourcing efforts.
• Familiarity with US visa requirements.
• Conducting in-depth technical interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications.
• Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to closing.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Ceipal and LinkedIn RPS
• Working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
