We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr US Technical Recruiter to join our team.
As a US Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for a variety of IT / NON-IT, Engineering-related technical positions. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of technology, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates for technical positions.
- Communicating with US clients and candidates via phone, email, and other channels.
- Understanding and utilizing Boolean search strings to optimise candidate sourcing efforts.
- Familiarity with US visa requirements.
- Conducting in-depth technical interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications.
- Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to closing.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Ceipal and LinkedIn RPS
- Working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements :
Minimum of 4+ Years’ experienceExceptional US Accent and communication skills.Strong email writing skills and proficiency in MS Word.Experience in cold calling and screening candidates.Familiarity with ATS and Boolean search strings.Ability to work nightshifts in accordance with US time zones.Knowledge of the latest IT Technologies and updates.Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.Benefits :
