Qualifications :
- A university degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including a deep understanding of Teams, Exchange Online, and Viva Engage.
- Proven experience managing third-party communication solutions and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex communication environments.
- A user-centric mindset, focusing on service quality and employee experience.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
- Effective communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
