Senior D365 SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior D365 SCM Functional Consultant with over 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX 2009 / AX 2012) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), particularly in large rollout projects, and be capable of leading workshops and managing offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and drive analysis and design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Work on large-scale rollout projects across multiple geographies.
• Implement and support Advanced Warehousing solutions.
• Provide functional expertise in Inventory, Costing, and Production modules.
• Evaluate SCM processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with business and technical users to deliver key solutions.
• Lead and manage offshore Finance Functional Consultants.
• Conduct requirement gathering and discovery workshops with users and stakeholders.
• Participate in all phases of implementation : requirement gathering, CRP, training, UAT, Go-Live, and support.
• Prepare detailed documentation including FDDs, Fit-Gap analyses, and training guides.
• Communicate effectively with customers at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to work from the customer location.
