Business System Administrator - Microsoft Dynamics 365

TalentXM is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator for one of our premier U.S. clients in the grain export and agribusiness industry. This client is recognized as a leading supplier of quality grains and agricultural products worldwide, maintaining a strong presence across the U.S., Japan, Brazil, Canada, and Hong Kong.

As part of the IT Applications team, you’ll play a key role in developing, supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s ERP solution— Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central —while leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and third-party products to drive productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .
• Provide end-user support and training on Dynamics 365 and related applications.
• Collaborate with other Administrators, Business Analysts, SQL DBAs, and Software Developers to design and maintain custom ERP-related solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Power Automate, SmartConnect , and related tools.
• Create and maintain financial and operational reports using Power BI and Popdock .
• Support application enhancements and upgrades through proper change management.
• Participate in system testing, documentation, and user acceptance activities.
• Partner with business units to identify and implement process improvements.
• Work with vendors on system optimization and upgrades.
