Job Title : Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition
Location : Hybrid-Hyderabad
What you will do :
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of technology roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Architects, DevOps, Data Engineering).
- Source, Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring alignment with both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Partner proactively with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to continuously optimize hiring performance.
- Champion a positive and inclusive candidate experience, representing the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Stay continuously up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, enabling you to speak credibly with both candidates and hiring managers.
Who you are :
10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 8 years focused on tech / IT product hiring.Good to have proven success in recruiting mid-to-senior level and specialized / niche technical roles.Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., Fullstack, cloud platforms, AI / ML, microservices, DevOps), and a commitment to learning new technologies as they emerge.Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and GitHub is critical.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.Passion for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.Active pursuit of professional development in technology trends and recruiting practices (e.g., certifications, attending tech conferences, online courses).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to Plan & Prioritize.Strong negotiation skills.Good candidate management.
