Work Mode : Work from Office

Working Days : 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours : 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM

Experience : Minimum 2 years – Maximum 4 years

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team at Ojas Innovative Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, including expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring and Contract Staffing, and will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Recruitment :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top IT talent.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening :
