About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team at Ojas Innovative Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, including expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring and Contract Staffing, and will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Recruitment :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top IT talent.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening :
Leverage job boards, professional networks, and other channels to source qualified candidates.Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidate's qualifications, experience, and compatibility with job requirements.C2H and Contract Staffing :
Specialize in C2H hiring and contract staffing for IT roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process for short-term and long-term contract requirements.Client Coordination :
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and project needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure alignment on hiring goals.Interview Coordination :
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.Conduct initial screenings and assessments to shortlist suitable candidates.Candidate Engagement :
Maintain constant communication with candidates to provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure a positive recruitment experience.Reporting and Documentation :
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Experience :
Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment.Strong expertise in C2H hiring and contract staffing.Technical Knowledge :
Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.Sourcing Expertise :
Proficiency in using job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn) and other sourcing tools.Strong database management and pipeline creation skills.Interpersonal Skills :
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.Organizational Skills :
