Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Technical Recruiter. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. This role is in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - CEIPAL
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
