Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update resource management data in RMIS tools and databases.
- Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to support resource planning and decision-making.
- Create and manage interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Excel or other tools (e.g., Power BI / Tableau).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
- Support automation of recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Project Managers to gather reporting requirements.
- Provide support during audits and data reconciliation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in reporting and data management roles.Proficient in Advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, macros, lookups, conditional formatting, data validation, and formulas.Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard creation.Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.Experience with automating reports using Excel VBA, Power Query, or other scripting tools is an advantage.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.High attention to detail and data accuracy.Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Statistics, or similar).Preferred Skills :
Experience in a Resource Management or Workforce Planning environment.Understanding of TMIS or similar systems and how they support business operations.Exposure to SQL or other database querying tools (optional but beneficial).Skills Required
