About Role :

• We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Legal with 4–6 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating global customer and vendor contracts, particularly within the IT / software industry. The role involves providing legal advice, handling data privacy matters (GDPR, DPDPA), participating in negotiations, and maintaining contract templates and playbooks. Strong expertise in SaaS contracts, data privacy, and commercial agreements is essential.
