Cerebry - Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and manage sprint cycles, ensuring that each sprint delivers a functional and valuable subset of the product.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the Product Owner.
• Ensure that sprint planning aligns with team capacity, business priorities, and leave schedules.
• Maintain transparency on sprint progress, risks, and blockers.
• Regularly update the Product Owner on progress, challenges, and potential delays.
• Raise red flags or escalations to senior management when major issues threaten project timelines or quality.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project delivery.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of the product - from planning to deployment.
• Drive the team to maintain high standards of code quality and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a product or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of sprint tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, team leave schedules, and changing business needs effectively
