Position Description :
A Relationship Manager (Dealership) is primarily responsible for managing relationships specifically for Dealership channel partners and driving business through the same.
Scope of work :
- Achieve monthly topline targets
- Responsible for onboarding & activation of 4W / CV dealers as per target set through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets
- Maintain relationship and driving business through OEM partner channels and Non-NTUs
- Responsible for achieving overall GWP (Gross Written Premium)
- Responsible for sustainable Profitability
- Responsible to maintain COR at budgeted levels
- Combined Ratio- Minimizing Loss & Cost of Acquisition
- Coordinating with other departments such as U / W, Claims, & Operations
- Resolve the discrepancies raised by the Underwriter and issue policies at branch level.
- Analyzing and resolving the rejections of policy related issues
- Handling reconciliation
- Handle other operational work
Professional Experience : 2-6 years; GI Experience in Motor Dealerships / OEM
Technology Known : Basic Excel
