Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Motor Insurance, based in Buldhana. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure sales targets are met. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring the sales team, tracking performance metrics, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Business Development
• Knowledge of Motor Insurance products and market
• Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Team Leadership and Mentoring capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Buldhana
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
