Role : Regional Sales Manager – Prime Home Loan

Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for prime home loans.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2. Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Relationship Managers (RMs), and Sales Officers.Monitor team performance and drive productivity through KPIs.Motivate and mentor the sales team for high performance.3. Business Development
Drive business growth by developing new channels (e.g., DSA, connectors, builders).Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.Explore and onboard high-potential locations or geographies.4. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.Resolve customer escalations promptly and professionally.Ensure adherence to turnaround times (TAT) for loan processing.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of home loan products , especially in the prime segmentDeep understanding of mortgage lending , housing finance, and credit assessmentExcellent leadership and team management capabilities
