We're Hiring : Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate internal and external meetings, emails, and communications with professionalism and a strong customer service mindset.
Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors across multiple engagements.
Organize and support the scheduling and execution of CMMC certification training sessions.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and flagging potential risks early.
Maintain up-to-date project data in our PSA tool to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
Ensure data accuracy for leadership and internal teams to support strategic decision-making.
Provide regular project status updates to clients via email.
Proactively escalate concerns or issues related to client satisfaction or internal operations.
Take on additional duties as needed within the scope of the role.
What You Bring to the Team :
10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in operations or project coordination in a consulting environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
PMP certification is a plus.
Proficient in project management tools and familiar with project delivery methodologies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
