Job Overview : The Personal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and personal support to CEO, ensuring the efficient operation of both professional and personal activities. This role requires handling a range of tasks, from managing schedules and communication to organizing personal care and activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Assistance :
Assist with project coordination, tracking milestones, and deadlines.
Prepare project-related documentation and reports.
Communicate project updates and follow-up with team members as needed
Personal Care and Activities :
Coordinate and manage personal appointments, such as medical visits, family events, and personal errands.
Plan and organize personal activities, including leisure and wellness activities, Physical Interactions as needed.
Provide support in maintaining a healthy work-life balance by managing stressors and personal commitments.
Communication :
Handle and respond to phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the supervisor.
Draft and proofread business and personal communications, reports, and presentations.
Act as a liaison between the supervisor and clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
Confidentiality :
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and personal privacy requirements.
