Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The Executive Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, provide executive support, manage diaries and schedules, and facilitate communication within the organization. Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient operations to support the Managing Director.

  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, Diary Management
  • Proficiency in Executive Support and Communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
