Job descriptionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 0 to 1 year in a Technical support role in SaaS enterprise products. Strong Knowledge in SQL for querying databases. Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Strong Analytical skills. Basic Knowledge of REST APIs, Postman, Kibana, Grafana. Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA. Incident management, Escalations and SLAs. Basic Knowledge on cloud technologies. Having a background in the clean energy domain is an added advantage. The PositionWe are seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer who is passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and improving user experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and & SkillsYou should :
