Technical Product Manager (E01) – Usage and Billing

What Well Bring :

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Technical Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our usage reporting billing calculation processes and external dashboard infrastructure. This role will manage the Insights & Reporting (IR) team and act as a strategic partner to engineering leadership in defining scalable high-quality development standards and architecture.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in financial workflows accounting logic process automation and business intelligence. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy efficiency and auditability of our revenue operations and client-facing reporting tools.

What Youll Bring :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Mathematics Finance Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience in technical product management preferably in SaaS data platforms or financial services.
• Strong understanding ofaccounting principlesfinancial workflows andbilling logic.
• Proven experience inprocess designQA frameworks andautomation of operational workflows.
• Ability to define and simplifymathematical modelsandlogical calculation frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to definetechnical requirementsarchitecture standards andscalable development practices.
• Hands-on experience withBI tools(e.g. Apache Superset Power BI Tableau) and dashboard / report design.
• Familiarity withcontract configuration toolsusage-based billing systems andaudit trail development.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working across global teams and time zones with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Demonstrated experience managing Agile product development workflows including sprint planning backlog grooming and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in using JIRA to define epics user stories and acceptance criteria and to track progress across engineering and reporting teams.
• Skilled in maintaining Agile rituals and documentation to ensure transparency velocity tracking and continuous improvement.

You will be instrumental in transforming our usage reporting and billing infrastructure into a scalable automated and insight-driven system. Your leadership will ensure financial accuracy operational efficiency and a seamless experience for both internal teams and external clients.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
