About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the strategy, design, and execution of innovative technology products.
This role bridges product management, engineering, and business strategy ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business impact.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will define product roadmaps, translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
You will be responsible for guiding products through the entire lifecycle from ideation and technical feasibility to launch and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and guide product direction.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements and technical deliverables.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives using data-driven insights and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with leadership to align product priorities with company objectives and go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, architecture implications, and implementation timelines.
- Serve as the technical liaison between product, engineering, design, and data teams.
- Understand and communicate the technical trade-offs between different implementation approaches.
- Participate in technical design discussions, ensuring product scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Partner with DevOps and QA to define deployment, monitoring, and testing strategies.
- Drive integration with APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and external systems as needed.
- Manage the full product lifecycle - from concept to release and iteration.
- Create and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with project managers and engineering leads to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Define and track product KPIs, feature adoption rates, and performance metrics post-launch.
- Identify bottlenecks and remove blockers in cross-functional product delivery.
- Gather feedback from customers, sales, and support teams to shape product enhancements.
- Collaborate with UX / UI teams to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Present product demos and updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Act as the voice of the customer - balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, AI / ML trends, cloud innovations, and developer tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and scalability improvements.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and propose optimization strategies.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in technology-driven products.Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear product requirements and business value.Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, cloud computing, and DevOps principles.Hands-on experience or familiarity with :1. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
2. Backend frameworks (Python, Node.js, Java, or similar)
3. Data analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
4. CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
