About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Programmatic Media Manager to oversee both the business and technical aspects of partner account management. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring seamless communication, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing performance to drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management with Supply-Side Platforms– Build and maintain strong relationships with SSPs, ensuring their needs are met and performance goals are achieved.
• Technical Support & Optimization – Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to programmatic advertising, integrations, and data discrepancies.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Use Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and basic SQL queries to analyze campaign performance and generate insights.
• Partner metrics : Monitor daily performance against key metrics to identify opportunities and anomalies
• Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to escalate technical issues and drive solutions.
• Proactive Problem Solving – Identify and address potential challenges before they impact business performance.
• Process Improvement – Suggest and implement best practices to enhance account management efficiency and operational workflows.
