Key Requirement for the Position

  • Experience : 2+ years in programmatic ad operations, trafficking, or campaign management.
  • Technical Expertise :
  • Proficiency in The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Viant, and IQVIA Imos (Healthcare DSP).
  • Strong understanding of pixels, event tags, verification tools, and data integrations.
  • Experience working with audience segmentation (geo, demo, behavioral, contextual, custom) and CRM / DMP / CDP connections.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze pacing, budget utilization, and performance data to optimize campaigns.
  • Detail-Oriented : High accuracy in trafficking, QA, and reporting.
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Job Description

  • Campaign Setup & Trafficking
  • Configure campaigns in The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Viant, and IQVIA Imos.
  • Manage ad server and DSP setups, including creative uploads (dimensions, click tags, file size validation).
  • Implement ad tag wrapping for verification, tracking, and brand safety.
  • Place and configure pixels for conversion tracking, retargeting, and 1P / 3P data collection.
  • Configure floodlight and event tags for accurate performance measurement.
  • Integrate campaigns with verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat).
  • Set up targeting parameters including geo, demographic, behavioral, contextual, and custom segments.
  • Connect and activate audiences from CRM, CDP, and DMP systems.
  • Schedule flight dates, pacing controls, and bid strategies to align with media plans.
  • Translate media plans into trafficking sheets and upload into platforms.
  • Ensure consistency by enforcing creative naming conventions.
  • Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Conduct pre-launch QA including click-through testing, tracking validation, and brand safety checks.
  • Perform live QA during the first 24–48 hours post-launch to ensure correct campaign delivery.
  • Execute ongoing QA with spot checks, placement validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Monitor delivery pacing and resolve over / under delivery issues.
  • Track budget pacing and burn rates to ensure campaigns remain within allocation.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time by adjusting bids, pacing, audiences, and creative strategies.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations for ongoing campaign improvement.
