Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Advertising Campaign Manager with deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a data-oriented performance marketer who can blend creativity with analytics to generate leads, optimize conversions, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) – including reels, stories, feed ads, and audience networks.
- Strategize campaigns tailored for lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
2. Optimization & A / B Testing
Run A / B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and ad formats.Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategy to improve results.3. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor and optimize KPIs : CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.Use advanced analytics to understand customer journeys and improve attribution.Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.4. Cross-Platform Expertise
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) as supporting channels.Coordinate multi-channel campaigns for holistic marketing impact.5. Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with creative, design, and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad assets.Research competitors, market trends, and audience behavior to inform ad strategy.Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads policies, algorithm shifts, and best practices.Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns).Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting.Expertise in lead generation campaigns with measurable results.Solid experience with A / B testing and data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) is a strong plus.Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Reporting Dashboards.Excellent analytical thinking, market research, and problem-solving skills.Strong collaboration skills to work across creative and strategy teams.Salary : 25K-35K per month
