With arcade games, gamified tables, quirky cocktails, all-day 1+1 offers on weekdays, and karaoke Sundays, we’re redefining how young India spends its evenings. We’ve built Therapy to be a playful, interactive space where people come to celebrate, cope, or just be. Now, we’re looking for a  Marketing Manager  to fuel the next stage of growth as we expand across Mumbai.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be the  custodian of Therapy’s brand presence  both online and offline. From  social media strategy  to  on-ground campaigns  and  collaterals , you’ll be responsible for driving visibility, engagement, and footfall. This role will also involve  building and mentoring a small team  to scale Therapy’s marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital

• Own Therapy’s voice across Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Build and manage monthly content calendars with a balance of reels, memes, interactive stories, and vibe-setting posts.
• Strategize and run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) with measurable ROI.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice across digital assets.
