As an Associate, you will lead project workstreams utilizing Huron tools and methodologies, industry best practices, and innovative analytics and technologies to implement complex, comprehensive solutions. You will be responsible for project workstream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting, and client interface / presentations. Collaboration with client staff and leadership, along with managing and mentoring junior Huron staff, will be key to success. Together, we will create and implement viable technology solutions.
Job Responsibilities :
Workday Expertise :
- Workday Time Tracking / Absence Certification is a must.
- Workday Payroll Certification is an added advantage.
- 5+ years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience, supporting customers of various sizes.
- Knowledge of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
- Global Time Tracking and Absence experience is preferred.
- Implementation & Configuration :
- Demonstrate Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business requirements and assist in configuring and testing the derived solutions.
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
- Ensure clients take advantage of Workday standard methodologies and develop prototypes to demonstrate configurations.
- Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients with testing designed solutions.
Collaboration & Customer Engagement :
Provide exceptional customer service and customer collaboration, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a manner that builds confidence and trust.Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scales and durations while delivering successful outcomes.Analytical & Reporting :
Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes related to clients' existing configuration.Assist clients in identifying and resolving issues related to Workday Time Tracking and Absence.Create solutions for clients and internal review.Problem Solving :Be a good problem solver with the ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.Qualifications :
Education & Certifications :
Workday Time Tracking / Absence Certification is a must.Workday Payroll Certification is an additional advantage.Substantial and measurable delivery of 3 or more Time Tracking and Absence implementations for at least two phases.Experience & Skills :
5+ years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience for clients of various sizes.Strong knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, and Payroll legislation (preferred).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and team members, building relationships of trust and collaboration.Strong problem-solving abilities with diverse perspectives.Other Skills :
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and of varying durations.Experience with ERP systems, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or similar platforms is advantageous.Experience in Healthcare and understanding related processes is a plus.Skills Required
