Job description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Absence Consultants to support a key engagement with Mercer. The ideal candidates should be Workday-certified with strong configuration and implementation experience in Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and support Workday Absence Management modules
Handle requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment
Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery

Time Zone Coverage :

Must be available to support US-based customers

Primarily work until Noon CST, with flexibility to extend as needed
