Workday Time & absence Consultant - Implementation & Support

Experience : 6-10 : Chennai |Pune | Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Workday Time & Absence Consultant with hands-on expertise in Absence implementation and a strong understanding of Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex systems, issue tracking, and testing to ensure smooth Absence module deployment and operation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute Workday Absence implementation activities with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Manage issue tracking and ticket resolution using standard systems and tools for source control and revision management.
• Understand and work with large, complex Workday systems to deliver effective solutions.
• Develop and execute test cases for new and existing functionalities to ensure system stability and compatibility.
• Foster positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Communicate clearly, providing detailed and summary-level information to peers and supervisors.
• Share knowledge proactively within the team to enhance overall expertise.
• Apply deep understanding of Workdays Absence module and broader HCM capabilities to support implementation and ongoing operations.
