Job Snapshot We’re seeking a Learning Consultant who is a strategic partner, innovator, and thought leader in learning and enablement. This role goes beyond traditional instructional design — you will diagnose real business challenges, reframe learning needs into enablement solutions, and design AI-enabled, scalable programs that drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead collaboration across teams, ensuring learning solutions are learner-centric, modern, and aligned to evolving business priorities.

• Strategic Discovery & Needs Analysis : Lead in-depth discovery sessions with key stakeholders to uncover challenges and differentiate between requests and underlying needs.

• Thought Leadership & Mentorship : Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies; mentor instructional designers and enablement peers to elevate the team’s strategic capabilities.
