Role Summary :

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Founders. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their EA career who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll learn from seasoned professionals while gaining exposure to the inner workings of a growing organization.

You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating calendars and meetings, handling travel logistics, and supporting day-to-day operations. You will be the go-to person for managing schedules and helping the Founders stay organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Track expenses and assist with reports and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and events.
  • Assist in communication and follow-ups on behalf of the Founders.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree is mandatory).
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintains discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn.
