Role Overview :
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the strategic link between SRV Media and the brands we help transform. Your role will focus on identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Understand client business challenges and pitch SRV Medias full-stack solutionsincluding Performance Marketing, Social Media, Creative, SEO, ORM, Video, and Branding.
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop proposals, pitch decks, and marketing plans.
- Manage the complete sales cyclefrom initial contact to final onboarding.
- Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads, and Decision-Makers.
- Work closely with account management teams to ensure smooth handover and project delivery.
- Track competition, industry trends, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
What Makes You a Great Fit :
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Google / META Ads, SEO, Social Media, Branding, Creative, etc.).Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.Prior experience in agency business development or sales (preferred but not mandatory).Ability to identify client pain points and convert them into viable business opportunities.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
