We are seeking a highly experienced
Sales Manager / Head
with deep expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
and a proven track record in
international markets . This role will focus on building and scaling revenue in
US, UK, Europe, and Middle East geographies , working closely with CXOs, enterprise buyers, and global partners.
Responsibilities
Drive
new logo acquisition
and account expansion exclusively in international markets.
Manage complete sales cycles — from lead generation to closure — with enterprise clients.
Develop region-specific go-to-market strategies with measurable revenue outcomes.
Work closely with Microsoft, ISVs, and channel partners to leverage ecosystem opportunities.
Build trusted relationships with
CIOs, CTOs, and business heads
in target geographies.
Achieve quarterly and annual
sales targets (e.g., $2M+ annual booking revenue) .
Report pipeline, forecast, and performance directly to the leadership team.
Qualifications
10–15 years of experience in
enterprise sales of Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
or equivalent enterprise CRM in international markets.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
Strong network in industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, and Professional Services.
Ability to handle
long, consultative, high-value deal cycles
with global enterprises.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills across cultures.
