ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Lead Trainer – Digital Marketing who can teach industry-relevant digital marketing skills to a classroom of motivated learners. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on work experience in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and campaign strategy. Prior teaching experience is good to have but not mandatory. What matters most is the ability to simplify complex topics, guide students with practical learning, and share real-world industry insights.
This role can be full-time or part-time depending on mutual availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver structured training sessions across topics such as :
- Performance Marketing on Google and Meta
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Social Media Strategy and Campaign Management
- Analytics using GA4 and Looker Studio
- AI tools in marketing and marketing automation
- Conduct live campaign walkthroughs and tool demonstrations
- Guide students through hands-on exercises and capstone projects
- Review and evaluate student portfolios and campaign performance
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and career guidance to learners
- Collaborate with academic team on curriculum quality and updates
- Support placement team by preparing students for interview readiness
- Maintain classroom engagement and support positive learning outcomes
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Any graduate degree. Marketing, Business, or Communication background preferred but not mandatoryProfessional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or Analytics are a strong plusExperience
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketingExperience working at an agency, startup, or brand marketing teamStrong expertise in most of the following areas :Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup and optimisationSEO strategy and toolsSocial media planning and growthMarketing analytics and reportingA / B testing and CROEmail and CRM tools like HubSpot or ZohoAI tools used in marketing workflowsCandidates with prior teaching or training experience will be preferredSkills
