Designation_ Manager - Marine & Demurrage Claims

Location – Bangalore

Experience – 6yrs to 12 yrs

Qualification – Graduate / PG

Skill Set - Marine & Demurrage Claims

• Experience in Marine claims management and processing(Demurrage, Cargo Shipping Industry, Import and Export Documentation, Port operations, Shipping / Marine Insurance)
• Handle a team size of 75 to 100 associates
• Should have managed teams in BPM environment managing clients
• Responsible for end-to-end Service delivery and SLAs
• Attend process level meetings i.E client facing.
• Support Management with insights on the process / domain decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong analytical & interpersonal skills

Strong client / stakeholder management skills
